Hi, Just wondering what you guys think are the most effective chest expansion & shoulder broadening exercises. Thank you. Cheers, Steve

Any exercise that packs muscle on the lats and rhomboids can be considered a "chest expander". IMO the best cable exercises for this are overhead pulldowns, front chest pulls and back presses.

Shrugs from a fully stretched back press position (the 'shoulder shimmy') done for high reps are also effective. You can also do partial shrugs from an overhead pulldown position, making sure only the lats are engaged.
