You could try something like ayedee's old routine. I'm not speaking from experience but if he did it for years it's probably not bad.
You don't need to do it as quickly as he says and you could also cut down on the number of exercises and aim for 50 reps instead of 20.

I used to enjoy combination exercises for high reps, like a good-morning/backpress, but that might not be the sort of thing you're after.
